Corporate Meetings

With the Phoenix Hotel closing to room bookings, we are conscious that many local businesses need somewhere central in Dereham to hold meetings.

These range from off site management briefings, sales conferences, HR employee issues, away days and product testing.

We can offer use of the large McLean Lounge (ballroom size) from £25 per session laid out in advance to your preferred style.

The Churchill Lounge is suitable for Board meetings, or smaller presentations, and is available from £10 per session.

In addition to the session charge food and drink as taken will be charged. However some food orders will need to be made in advance (buffets, out of hours meals, or Mondays).

Presentational equipment will be available for a small extra charge.
